Scott T. Young is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Management, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. Previously, he was Associate Dean for Academic Programs (1997-1999) at the University of Utah. Kanwalroop Kathy Dhanda is Associate Professor in the Department of Management, Dreihaus College of Business at DePaul University. Previously, Kathy was an Assistant Professor in the School of Business Administration at the University of Portland, Oregon where she was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Professor Award and the Pamplin Fellow Award.
