Sue Elliott:Sue has worked full time in the Real Estate Industry for twelve years enjoying a number of roles and completing her Full Real Estate License five years ago. Her roles have included Customer Relations Manager, Educator, Sales, Office Administration and Property Management.After completing her school studies Sue landed her first position as a Share Clerk working in a Stock Brokering Firm, then graduated to International Banking and Accounting. After three years it was time for a new challenge with her accounting skills she landed a managerial position for an Industrial Roofing Company. This Sue and her husband expanded into the area of Industrial Maintenance for twenty five years,… contracting to the three largest Oil Companies in Australia (Caltex Oil [Texaco], Shell and BP).Having a few investment properties, Sue's next interest was Real Estate. Commencing in Customer Relations, then Sales. Together with Edwin (Almeida) they commenced a start up Real Estate Agency. Then Sue was head hunted by a Property Developer but two years later was lured back to Real Estate with Edwin and his agency 'Just Think Real Estate'. Sue currently manages the trust accounts for Just Think Real Estate for both Sales and Property Management. She juggles her part time position with being a full time carer for her aging mother and grandmother to three grandchildren with the fourth on the way.Sue's remaining time is turned to her creativity of writing. Sue and Edwin are International Authors and soon to be Publishers for their Australian market.
