Dr. Werner W.K. Hoeger is a full-time professor and director of the Human Performance Laboratory at Boise State University. He is a fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine and is the recipient of the first 2004 Presidential Award for Research and Scholarship in the College of Education at Boise State University.
