Author Carl Casinghino draws on a diverse range of educational and professional experiences in producing Moving Images. A student of cinema studies while earning a BA at Princeton University, Carl moved on to film production in New York University's graduate film and television program, where he directed several shorts. He later served in the camera and sound departments of a number of award-winning films. Carl holds a Masters in Education from Union Institute and University. He developed Moving Images through his work as a teacher at Suffield High School in Connecticut.
