Myrtle P. Bell is an associate professor of management at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she has taught diversity courses to graduate and undergraduate students for a decade. She has degrees from the University of Notre Dame, Louisiana State University, and the University of Texas at Arlington. Her research focuses on diversity and social issues at work, including sexual harassment, disability, age, and weight diversity, surface and deep-level diversity, and effects of partner violence on women at work.
