Brad established Lemack & Company Talent Management/Public Relations in 1983, after working as a publicity executive for TV producer Norman Lear's production company. He has been involved with talent management and entertainment PR for nearly 30 years. Clients range from TV stars Isabel Sanford and Sherman Hemsley to pop culture icons Village People. His first book is The Business of Acting: Learn the Skills You Need to Build the Career You Want. He is also a professor of performing arts and communication studies at Emerson College and hosts the Web TV series "Inside the Business of Acting."

Isabel Sanford won an Emmy Award as Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Louise "Weezy” Jefferson in the long-running comedy hit "The Jeffersons.” She originally created the role for Norman Lear's ground-breaking series "All in the Family.” Four years later, she and husband George (played by Sherman Hemsley) were spun off into a ground-breaking series of their own. "The Jeffersons” ran a record breaking 11 seasons on CBS-TV and is still seen today in worldwide syndication.
