Maggie Glezer is an American Institute of Baking-certified baker who specializes in teaching and writing about breadbaking for amateur and professional bakers. A contributor to Fine Cooking and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, she has also written technical columns for The Bread Bakers Guild of America newsletter and King Arthur Flour's The Baking Sheet.
