Sondra VanSant, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has spent more than twenty years helping individuals, couples, families, and work teams resolve conflict. In addition to her clinical mental health and career counseling practice, Sondra does consulting for private corporations, federal and state government agencies, and public school systems in the areas of conflict management, leadership development, communication effectiveness, stress management, career development, and team building. Sondra is the co-author of Psychological Type in School: Applications for Educators, also published by CAPT. She resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
