Dr. Shamoo is a professor and former chair at University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore. He served on Defense Health Board (DHB) as Bush and Obama appointee, and currently serving a four year term appointment as the chair of the Medical Ethics Subcommittee of the DHB.
