Doug Wright plays include The Stonewater Rapture, Interrogating the Nude, Dinosaurs, The Rorschach Child, Lot 13: The Bone Violin, and a musical Buzzsaw Berkeley, written with Christopher Ashley and Michael John LaChiusa. Productions of Mr. Wright's work have appeared at the Yale Repertory Theatre, the WPA Theatre, and Lincoln Center Theater, among others. Television credits include pilots for producer Norman Lear. He received a bachelor's degree in art history from Yale University in 1985 and an MFA in playwriting from NYU in 1987, and is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
