Robert Banks (PhD, University of Cambridge) is director and dean of Macquarie Christian Studies Institute in Sydney, Australia. Previously he was founding professor of the ministry of the laity at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and executive director of the De Pree Leadership Center.

David Greenhalgh (EdD, Boston University) is professor of education and leadership and director of the PhD in organizational leadership program at Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania.

William A. Dyrness is Professor of Theology and Culture at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been a missionary in the Philippines and has taught in seminaries in Manila, Kenya, St. Petersburg and Seoul. He is also the author of 'The Earth is God's: A Theology of American Culture' (1997) and 'Visual Faith: Art, Theology and Worship in Dialogue' (2001).

Nigel Slack is the Professor of Operations Managment and Strategy at Warwick University. Previously he has been Professor of Manufacturing Strategy and Lucas Professor of Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Brunel University, a University Lecturer in Management Studies at Oxford University and Fellow in Operations Management at Templeton College, Oxford.Robert Johnston is a Professor of Operations Management at Warwick Business School and Associate Dean, responsible for finance and resources.
