Effective Evaluation of Training and Development in Higher Education

Bob Thackwray has worked in education for almost twenty five years. He is currently Senior Consultant with the Universities' and Colleges' Staff Development Agency (UCoSDA) his main role being to support and advise higher education institutions engaged with Investors in People related processes. UCoSDA is the National Training Organisation for Higher Education. He is an approved and recognised Investors in People Assessor with The Assessment Network (TAN), is on the Investors in People UK National Register for Approved Advisers and is a member of an advisory body to Investors in People UK looking at the future strategic development of the National Standard.
