Peter Saint-Andre received a useless degree in Philosophy and Ancient Greek, worked as a business writer and editor, got fired from a dead-end job, then embarked on a career in information technology. When not building real-time communication technologies, he composes guitar music and writes about philosophy. He lives in Parker, Colorado, with his wife and a very spoiled Golden Retriever.
Remko Troncon is the lead developer of the Psi Jabber/XMPP client, and a contributor to various other XMPP-related applications. He has been a member of the XMPP Standards foundation since 2004, co-authoring and contributing to several XMPP extensions. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering (Computer Science) from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
