Ricky W. Griffin is Distinguished Professor of Management and the Blocker Chair in Business in Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. After receiving his PhD from the University of Houston in 1978, Dr. Griffin joined the faculty at the University of Missouri for three years before moving to Texas A&M in 1981. His research on task design and dysfunctional work behavior has appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, the Journal of Management, and other outlets. Gregory Moorhead is an associate professor of management at Arizona State University. He attended Texas Tech University and the University of Houston. He earned his BSIE, M.B.A., and Ph.D. in organizational behavior and management. He joined the faculty at ASU in 1978 and has taught courses in management principles, management policy and strategy, personnel management, and operations management, as well as graduate seminars in organizational behavior and international management.
