After many years of writing and editing medical books I published my first work of fiction, 'Carmen's Roses'. Encouraged by readers' positive responses I went on to write my second novella, 'Blue Moon for Bombers'. I originally come from England, where I worked as a doctor in clinical and research posts. I specialised in psycho-oncology and from 1991-2000 was consultant in psychological medicine with special interests in palliative care in Oxford, UK. Then I moved to New Zealand, and retrained as a Bach flower practitioner and life coach. I am involved with animal welfare, and enjoy choral singing. My interest in the human aspects of military aviation stems from my experience of editing my… late uncle's autobiography 'Geoffrey Guy's War: Memoirs of a Spitfire Pilot 1941-46'.
