HEATHER E. P. CATTELL, PhD, is an author of the 16PF r Fifth Edition Questionnaire, published in 1994, which she worked on with her father, Raymond Cattell, the developer of the original 16PF r . She has written many articles and chapters on the 16PF r and coauthored the 16PF r Cattell Comprehensive Personality Interpretation report. JAMES M. SCHUERGER, PhD, is Professor Emeritus at Cleveland State University. He conducts workshops nationally on the 16PF r , worked with Raymond Cattell at the University of Illinois for many years, and is the author of the Adolescent Personality Questionnaire--the junior version of the 16PF r .
