A member of the faculty at the Boston College Carroll School of Management since 1968 and chair of the Business Law Department for over a decade, Professor David P. Marianne M. Jennings is a professor of legal and ethical studies in business in the Department of Supply Chain Management, College of Business, at Arizona State University. She has been named professor of the year in the College of Business three times and received a Burlington Northern teaching excellence award. A consultant to many law firms, businesses, and professional groups, Professor Jennings has worked with the Federal Public Defender and U.S. Attorney in Nevada.
