Irwin Miller is professor of health administration at Governors State University. He was director of one of America's first HMO projects, and did the policy planning for Blue Cross's nationwide HMO marketing network. He is also the author of The Health Care Survival Curve, which is also about HMOs.
Richard A. Johnson is the curator of the Sports Museum of New England & the author of "Young at Heart: The Story of Johnny Kelly." He lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
