Eighty-eight-year-old Helen K. Jordan lives in her hometown of Greenville, Mississippi, and is glad to be the mother of three daughters and grandmother of six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She attended the University of Mississippi and has been a Bible teacher and active member of First Baptist Church for more than fifty years. It wasn't until her daughter gave her a computer after her husband passed away that she embarked on a new adventure as an author and produced her fiction debut, The Journal, followed by the sequel, The Leather Satchel.
