David Tucker is an associate professor in the Department of Defense Analysis and codirector of the Center on Terrorism and Irregular Warfare at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. He has also served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict.Christopher J.
