He is also a member of Chambers at 3 Verulam Buildings, Gray's Inn. Herbert Kronke is Secretary-General of UNIDROIT (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law), Rome, and Professor for Private Law, Commercial Law and Private International Law, University of Heidelberg, Germany Jeffrey Wool is head of aerospace law and policy at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and is secretary and general counsel of the Aviation Working Group

Ewan McKendrick is Registrar and Professor of English Private Law in the University of Oxford, UK, where he is also a Fellow of Lady Margaret Hall.
