Ulli Beierhas been the director of art and research centers in Nigeria and Papua New Guinea and at the University of Bayreuth in Bavaria. Gerald Mooreis one of the foremost scholars of contemporary African anglophone poetry. He has taught at universities in various parts of Africa and in Hong Kong.

Gerald Moore is lecturer in French at Wadham College, University of Oxford. He has translated work by Henri Lefebvre and Michel Foucault and has published articles in Radical Philosophy, French Studies and The Oxford Literary Review. He is currently writing an introductory volume on Bernard Stiegler for the Routledge Critical Thinkers series.
