Rosalind Fergusson was born in Liverpool in 1953 and obtained her degree in French from Exeter University. From 1978 to 1984 she worked for Market House Books where she became Senior Editor and worked on a range of reference books. Since leaving Market House Books she has worked as a freelance editor. Rosalind Fergusson is married and lives in Kent. Her leisure interests include walking, sailing and music.

Jonathan J. Griffithis the director of a company that provides a range of linguistic services, notably specialized translations and lexicographical compilations. Daniele O. Aratiworks as a specialist interpreter and correspondent for the Italian media.

Roger Willemsen is the author of a number of works of nonfiction, including one based on interviews with former Guant�namo detainees.Peter Lewis is the translator of such works as Sabine Gruber's Roman Elegy and Roger Willemsen's The Ends of the Earth.
