Lionel Daunais was a distinguished baritone, composer and lyricist. He was a frequent performer on radio in Canada, and his numerous awards include the Canadian Music Council Medal, the Calixa-Lavallï¿½e Music Award, and a posthumous Denise-Pelletier Award. In 2006, he was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame.Marie Lafrance is an award-winning children?s book illustrator, having received great critical acclaim for the albums La Diablesse and the Baby (a Governor General?s Literary Award finalist), La fï¿½e des bonbons, and Le Grand voyage de monsieur Caca. She lives in Montreal, Quebec.Michelle Campagne is a singer-songwriter and a founding member of the folk-roots group Hart-Rouge that toured the continent extensively (including performances at the legendary Newport Folk Festival). Their single "Inconditionnel" earned the band a prestigious SOCAN award in 1990. She lives in Drummondville, Quebec.
