Paul A. Watters, Ph.D., SCSA,is a senior lecturer in the Department of Computing at Macquarie University. He has worked as a Solaris and e-commerce consultant for numerous corporate and nongovernmental entities in Australia, designing systems and software on the Solaris platform. Dr. Watters’ consulting work, through the Centre for Policing, Intelligence, and Counter Terrorism at Macquarie University, is in the area of cyber terrorism and prevention of attacks on critical system and network infrastructure.
