Jack Chou is president of International Sensor Technology and is a classic example of American entrepreneurship, he has owned and co-owned six restaurants, three franchises, a hotel casino in Reno, Nevada, a tennis club, a Gold's Gym, and many commercial real estate ventures, including an office tower and shopping centres in southern California and Denver, Colorado. He has participated in both commercial and residential real estate development in southern California.
