Barbara Taylor Bradford was born in Leeds, Yorkshire, & by the age of twenty was an editor & columnist on London's Fleet Street. Her first novel, "A Woman of Substance", became an enduring bestseller & was followed by fifteen other blockbusters, most recently "Where You Belong".
