Sports Illustrated senior writer Jaime Diaz has been writing for the Golf Plus section since it was started in 1993. His previously spent seven years covering all sports for Sports Illustrated and four as the golf writer for The New York Times.Diaz attended the University of San Francisco, where he was a member of four poor to very bad golf teams.
