I purchased the book that included a free dvd. They sent me the dvd & not the book. A few days later they told me the book was not available & refunded only a portion of my money to charge for the dvd. It clearly stated "free" dvd so i just chose one for the heck of it. This is a scam & would never purchase again!
Not only was my textbook to include a "Masteringchemistry With Etext Access Card" which it didn't, but it's the wrong book!
Sent me the WRONG book! My order clearly says ISBN 9780077861667. They sent me ISBN 9781308600307. I received the book 10.4.18 opened 10.5.18. Class starts on 10.8.18! When I order a new book from another company tonight I will have to pay for expedited shipping and PRAY that I get the book in time. This is the worst experience with a book seller. These are 6 week classes and only had access to it this week for getting the book. UGH! The description on the packing order says the book is missing

Book integrity could have been described better. Binding is taped (scotch-tape) together. Other than that, book is as described. Arrived approximately a week after being ordered, as expected. Overall good service.
