Asked for a cancellation of the order a few hours after order was placed. No reply or apology or return offer. Poor customer service. Do not recommend buying from this seller.
Seller response: Again we work orders as they come in. a few hours after the order is placed we have packaged and have the package ready to goto the post office. We apologize that this causes some buyers issues but most buyers appreciate that they will have tracking info and a shipped book quickly.
Email seller several times to return book- does not respond to emails.
Seller response: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF OR ACCEPT E_MAILS FROM US. If all of our e-mails go into your junk or scam folder you will think we are ignoring you. This is also why we put return instructions on the actual packing slip.
I put in a request to cancel this order literally 5 minutes after I placed it. I never received a response from the seller and two days later it was processed.
Seller response: We work the orders as they come in. We did not get an e-mail to cancel the order till the package was already shipped and we informed the buyer that they could return the item or refuse it once recv'd.
Scammed me. Post office never received my textbook

Seller response: Order placed on 08/28 and package arrived 4 business days later. Please understand if you place an order on a Friday at 6PM your package will not be delivered to you Saturday Morning. We do not offer overnight service, and you wouldn't want to pay the additional expense to have it.
