The transaction was perfectly ordinary and good, but the book, the book! It was in good shape except for being covered with stickers, layers of stickers. If there is such a thing as pathological marring of a book with stickers, this book qualifies as Exhibit A for the Annals of Abnormal Psychology.
The book rated as Very Good. While the text is clean, the cover of the paperback is badly dogeared, creased and frayed (especially on one corner).
The book was supposed to be in very good condition, but it came with stickers plastered all over the book.
This book was supposed to be a gift for someone, but with the way it looks now, that isn't an option.
I purchased because it stated condition very good, but I would say only fair or acceptable. Book was pulling away from the spine in 3 different places. Also had pulled way in different other places as well. Lots of exposed cardboard too. VERY DISAPPOINTED , will not order from them again. I bet if I tried to sell them this book, they would have refused to purchase because of the condition.
eCampus sent me a water damaged book. They did not respond to my initial emails. Eventually, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. As soon as I did, I quickly heard from eCampus and they said I could return the book. However, they expected me to pay the return shipping for the water damaged book they sent me. This transaction is still in progress. eCampus is still refusing to pay the return postage for the disgusting book they sent me. I will NEVER buy from eCampus again.

I am very pleased with my purchase . I am happy with places like eCampus and textbook rush exist. they truly help students save as much as possible. The book I receive is used but that was clear on the description. The book is in great condition and I am happy that I save and now I am able to buy the other books that I need.
