Quick question, the class requires an access card, should the shipment included it with the purchase of the book?
I ordered this text to an APO in Europe and a month later the book has not arrived. I am currently in week 2 of my classes and starting to fall behind since I cannot study the text without it. Thanks, textbookRUSH for failing to deliver in a rush.
Quick processing and shipment
The chemistry book is label as GOOD but,the condition is like NEW to me. This is my first time ordering from TextBook Rush and this vendor. Both did a great job in communication and order satisfaction. BIG difference from where I normally order from. Keep up the great Job.

Condition not as described. Pages at the end are wavy and stained showing that something had spilled on the book. Not sure if I will purchase again from them. Price should have been lower for the condition of the book!
