Poor information to notify about order processing. Did not know about product shipping or delivery until it hit my door. Claim of 3 to 5 days to ship did not apply here at all. took 3 to 5 days for transaction to read "processing" was left in the dark on when to expect my order.
received late after paid expedited shipping! Then had to pay another 42.00 ups shipping fee to get it to my son at college since it was late!!
I ordered the book and instead I received the Study Guide.
