this book did not arrive with my other book, but it says it was delivered
I ordered 12days ago but I have not received it yet. I can't find the seller's contact info. When I click on "Ask a question", one screen pop up to fill out my info such as name, email, and questions. However, when I fill it out, the template disappears. No way to reach them. It's awful experience.
They were amazing! Fast respond the emails. unfortanelly I had to return the book, but they were super fast and helpful. I Highly recommend them!
I was a little worried about this seller based on some of the poor feedback. The transaction was unexceptional. The book described as an international edition and came with a CD. The packaging left a bit to be desired but for an online marketplace was acceptable.
Awful seller. No tracking info after a week and doesn't respond to messages!

This seller charged my credit card, processed my order and marked it as shipped when in reality they did not even have the book available nor shipped it to me. They never even reached out to me to let me know what was happening. Almost a month went by, my class started and i was without my text book because the seller lied about sending me my material. If i hadnt complained they would have just stolen my money because they never reached out informing me of the situation. Terrible sellers
Seller is a liar. Book never shipped after 9 days of waiting. Was given a bogus tracking number which said the USPS was given info, but never received the shipment. I saw all of the negative reviews but thought I'd get lucky. Don't waste your time with this joke of a seller.
