Before contacting us, please be sure that you have read the description for the book that you have purchased, we ONLY issue refunds if our description was not accurate. Our descriptions are available prior to purchase on all of the websites that we sell on. We always ship our orders out the next business day after purchase but please note that standard/media mail can take up to 4 weeks but typically only takes one. If you purchased expedited/priority mail it can potentially take up to 14 days but usually only takes 5-7. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time though because once we ship the packages out we have no control over the USPS and if shipping takes longer than expected we cannot control this. We ship our orders out the next business day after purchase but our bulk distribution center does not scan the tracking number until they deliver the packages to the postal distribution centers, this is why we ask for you to please wait 2 days to ensure that your package has been scanned into the system. Unfortunately we cannot purchase tracking number for international orders, loose leaf books, or non book items. We do ship these orders out on a daily basis, so they will arrive in a timely manner, but our bulk distribution center is not yet set up for tracking on these packages. We hope to soon have the capability to track these orders. We will issue refunds if the book has not arrived within 30 days of purchase for both media mail and expedited shipping, as per suggestion by the USPS. We also cannot be held responsible for shipping delays if the wrong address is given to us at the time of purchase, when this occurs the post office destroys the book. You are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Restocking fees may apply. If you are returning this item as the result of incorrect shipment, damage, or other problems with your order, please contact us for more information. Book came quick but condition was not good like it stated, Spine pulled away, lot of exposed cardboard on corners, I would have rated fair or acceptable. Will serve its purpose tho. Thank you
