Return Policy
You are required to email to us at return@123collegetextbook.com to obtain pre-printed return label(with authorize return number on it) in pdf format via email.
You have 14 days from receipt of your delivery to request authorization. Your request for authorization will be processed within 2 business days. Any returns must be SENT back to us within 10(TEN) business days from the issue date of the return authorization.
All returns are being provided a return label by UPS/DHL via email in pdf format. Please noted that if you use the label, you are agreed to pay for $12 return shipping and handling charges which will be deducted from your refund. If you received incorrect title textbook, you would not be charged for the return shipping and handling charges.
In order to provide a safe and excellent return process, returns are only accept with our pre-printed return label.
Refunds will be processed until textbook(s) has been received at our warehouse. We are not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that do not arrive at our warehouse. Refund for approved returns will be issued within 5 business days after receipt of merchandise. The length of time for the credit to show on your credit card account is solely up to your credit card company. Please contact your credit card company for further information.
Textbooks returned to us without a return authorization number will not be processed for refund. The textbook will not be returned to you. We do not accept a COD charge on a returned item.
If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer, (ordered wrong book; dropped class; etc.) your original shipping charges will NOT be refunded and return shipping charges are not reimbursable.

Wrong ISBN number. Book was not the standard edition and blue copy that it was listed under. Pretty upset with this! I paid for the book and expected to receive the book I ordered--not one that is the international edition with a different cover.
I bought this book and was able to cancel this order within the same day. They were very accepting of this.
Your advertising mentions that the international edition of this text book is identical to the US version. I wanted to let you know that this is not the case. The text may be the same but none of the Exercises are. There are similar phrases in some of the question but they are not exact. I compared it to US version of a classmate and verified the differences
Paid for three day shipping but took five. Despite this, the amount that I saved from these guys was well worth the two extra days. Would gladly do business again. :-)
Sent an International Version that has no online links needed for the class. Seller ignores emails and refused refund.
Steer clear of this seller. Found feedback on Amazon where seller dups buyers with International Versions and claims "it is the same IBSN #".
Book is totally worthless to me. I had to order an AMERICAN version 2 weeks into to class. This seller is awful.
Only book place I know of that won't take unopened returns minus shipment... I had to drop the class I needed this book for and HappyTextBook2008 refused to allow me to return it, even though I hadn't opened it, and even after offering to eat the shipment costs. won't be buying from this company again.
