I placed a order through this seller and payed for it immediately. After over a week of not hearing from them, I decided to message them on the website. No response. I messaged them again a few days later- still no response. I attempted to get in contact with them again through both the website and emailing them- again, no response. Prompt delivery and in great condition.
I never received the book that I ordered 3 weeks in advance of my course start date. The book was marked as "shipped" but apparently was lost in the USPS transit, or so I was told. I sent emails to this seller asking for assistance and did not receive a reply until after I finally contacted TextbookRush regarding the issue. I have been promised a full refund and will be waiting to see how long the transaction takes. But, in all fairness, I ordered a book from another seller on this site and rec

Haven't received the book????
The book is in excellent condition; just one problem, its not the right book. I paid for expidited shipping on a thursday and did not recieve the book untill the following wednesday and it was the wrong book
I ordered 2 books from this seller and only received one in the mail. After e-mailing Student Bargains and notifying them of their error I received a response within the next 24 hours with an apology and saying that the book would be shipped priority mail that same night. The book arrived in 2 days. Despite the error, they fixed the problem much quicker than I expected.

I did not see the email saying this was not available - and when shopping for a new one the SAME BOOK FROM THE SAME BOOKSELLER IS LISTED????? I need that book ASAP and I would like to know why it is still listed with that bookseller when I got an email saying: "Unfortunately this portion of your order cannot be completed because it is it no longer available: On Cooking A Textbook of Culinary Fundamentals 013715576X Labensky, Sarah R.
They sent me a complete other version of the book. And I need it ASAP. now because of them I have to seek another solution which is time consuming.
