Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Returns for full refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for return authorization if you need to return an item by emailing rabbit_books@grandecom.net . Your request will be processed within two business days. Please include the order number with your request. Original shipping is not refunded. Return shipping is at customer’s expense, unless item is sent in error.
Once your authorization is received your item must be shipped within 5 business days to receive full credit. Beyond 5 business days, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
The item must be returned in it’s original condition. Shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. We reserve the right to adjust the credit amount if the item is poorly packaged and damaged in transit. We recommend using USPS priority mail with a tracking number for returns.
Your refund will be credited within 5 business days of receiving item.
Returns after 14 days are subject to approval and may involve a reduced refund.
