Brand new Skinits still in the original wrapper may be returned within 30 days of order date for any reason! Because Skinits are a one-time use item, only brand new still in package items may be returned. If a used Skinit is sent back to us, it will be discarded and not returned to you.
Please file an
to return your order. Once you have completed the form, detailed return instructions will be sent to you via email. You may ship your Skinit back to us however you like (FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we recommend using a trackable method. This will help us locate your return if it is lost in transit or our facility.
We are more than happy to give you a refund for your product; however we do not currently offer exchanges.
In the event that TextbookRush shipped you an incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid mailing label so you can return the item to us for a full refund at no cost to you! For a prepaid shipping label, please
contact us. For all other returns (ordered wrong item, changed mind), you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Once your return is received and checked in, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 3 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $25*
*A minimum purchase of $25 is required. Shipping is provided via FedEx SmartPost®
and FedEx Express Saver®. Average delivery time is 1 – 5 business days, but
is not guaranteed in that timeframe. Also allow 1 - 2 days for processing. Orders
shipping from warehouses other than the main facility in Columbus, Ohio are not
eligible. Free shipping is eligible only in the continental United States and excludes
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. FedEx service marks used by permission."Marketplace"
orders are not eligible for free or discounted shipping.
