Simon Seivewrightgraduated from Brighton University in Fashion Textiles Design with Business Studies and also won Graduate of the Year at the BHS Graduate Fashion Week exhibition.Since then, Simon has exhibited his textiles at Premiere Vision in Paris and worked in Paris creating trend and forecasting brochures for clients in Europe, Japan and America. As a freelance woven textile designer and stylist, Simonrsquo;s clients have included Vivienne Westwood, Christian Lacroix, Missoni, Simply Red, All Saints, BBC and London Fashion Week. Simonrsquo;s teaching career began at the London College of Fashion on the foundation diploma course as a design and illustration tutor, as well as a… design tutor for private evening classes and summer schools at LCF. He became the course leader for the Fashion National diploma at Hertford regional college and later at Northbrook College Sussex, before becoming the programme leader for the undergraduate fashion courses at Southampton Solent University. Simon now runs the successful undergraduate Fashion degree at Northbrook College, UK. Simon has also recently completed a series of lectures on research and design methodologies in Shanghai, China, as well as at various UK universities.
