Thomas Fox graduated from Fordham University in 1994 and immediately after graduation started working at Hargrave Vineyard (now Castello di Borghese Vineyard & Winery), the pioneer vineyard in Long Island, NY, where he had his first opportunity to work closely with the fruits of the earth, ultimately helping him integrate the shared health of people, animals, plants, and ecosystems. Afterward Thomas started working at Reader’s Digest magazine and had his work published in Riverdale Press (February 2001), Wine Enthusiast (July 2001), Energy Times (February 2006), Urban Audubon (June 2006), Christian Science Monitor (April 2008), Positively Magazine (Winter 2009), and New Jersey Family… (April 2009). Tom lives in New Jersey along with his passionately green family.
