Andrew Crisell is Professor in Broadcasting Studies at Sunderland University, UK. He is the editor of our Key Concerns in Media Studies series. His research interests include radio and television, and the history of British broadcasting.Randall McMullan has worked in UK multi-national companies, in higher education and in government bodies for national qualifications. During this time he has produced many books relating to construction, engineering, technology, IT and work-based skills. His formal qualifications include postgraduate degrees in physics and membership of the following organisations: Society of Authors, Fellow of Royal Society of Arts, Institute of Physics, Chartered Institute… of Building.
