Eric H. Kessler is a professor of Management at Pace University in New York City. He holds a Ph.D. in organization management, an MBA in business, and a BA in psychology and economics. Dr. Kessler has published approx. 25 scholarly articles and presented 50 scholarly papers in the areas of technological innovation and change, wisdom and knowledge, learning, and decision making. He is the President-Elect of the Eastern Academy of Management, founding director of the Lubin Leaders and Scholars Program at Pace University, and serves in the National Security Education Program. He is also an avid reader of western and eastern philosophy and world history, as well as the father of two young boys.
