The Industrial Workers of the World, or 'Wobblies', remain in popular memory as they most romantic, transnational and antiracist labour movement in American history. This book, publishing on the cententary of the founding of the IWW, recuperates that history with art.

Nicole Schulman is an artist and activist on the editorial board of World War 3 Illustrated , to which she frequently contributes work. Her comics and illustrations have appeared in publications such as the New York Times , and are in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress. She lives in New York City.

Mike Alewitz teaches mural painting at Central Connecticut State University and is the artistic director of the Labor Art and Mural Project.
