Jim Long is Associate Professor in the Department of Photography and Film at Virginia Commonwealth University where he teaches photo and basic design. He has also served as Associate Professor in the Art Foundation and Interior Design departments at the university. Long was awarded an international fellowship in 1993,and has had photographs featured in books and journals in the USA, Europe and Asia. Joy Turner Luke is a painter and owner of Studio 231 in Sperryville, Virginia, where she conducts intensive courses on color and artistsrsquo; paints.
