SCOTT GAILLE is an attorney and petroleum executive whose career has taken him to more than one hundred nations, including Pakistan and Lebanon. He holds a Doctor of Law with High Honors from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Scott teaches at Rice University and is the author of three novels and a textbook.
