Sheila Hanson grew up in a small town north of Chicago, IL. After raising three children, she attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Napa Valley, CA. Hanson spent 20 years managing food service operations in colleges, schools, retirement centers and retreat centers. She is currently an instructor for cooking classes and food styling.
