Zachariah works as Business Development Manager in the field of Human Resources. He holds a degree in business administration; writes articles on Human Resources and conducts presentations on Recruitment and Selection Module. His recent presentation on "What is the Right Job and What is the Right Candidate" has been widely acclaimed in the management circle. He expounds upon the idea that Human Resources is a field intertwined with human psychology and he examines how the skills of listening and understanding are vital for any human being. He finds similarity with God's salvation of Israelites from Egypt and how difficult it was to manage them which caused God's anger in binding them in… wilderness. He maintains, he has only "limited knowledge because the more we learn, the more we confidently discovers". He calls this phenomenon the "finite mind" and our minds can never attain "infinite". That is why God is 'infinite" and we human beings ""the finite".Through his book, "I am Who I am" he furthers the prayer skills by teaching how to pray. The author shows that "Word of God" is the "knowledge" and "liturgy" is the "method". Learn the Word of God which makes the liturgy clearer, that leads the prayer powerful and rewarding. He contradicts the idea of simplifying the liturgy which speaks of a mind pervasive to learn the "Word of God". Zachariah hails from an ancient Christian family in Kerala State, India. A proud father, he and his family make their home in Montreal, Canada.
