Terri Jo Swim, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Program Director of Early Childhood Education at Indiana University-Purdue University in Fort Wayne (IPFW). She has been in the field of early childhood education for over 15 years. She has worked in private child care centers, university-based laboratory infant/toddler and preschool programs, and summer camps with children ages birth to 13 years. Terri is also the co-author of CREATIVE RESOURCES FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS, 2nd Edition (Cengage Learning), with Dr. Judy Herr. Current research interests include infant-toddler and preschool curriculum, Reggio Emilia, documentation, and teacher education.

Linda D. Watson, M.P.S., R.N., is a Child Consultant at the Warren Trauma Center, Nassau Community College. She holds a B.S. in Child Development and a Masters in Professional Studies in Children and Disabilities/Health Administration. She is also a Registered Nurse and a Traumatologist.
