Jennifer M. Allen is a professor and department head of criminal justice atnbsp;the University of North Georgia. She holds a Master of Science degree in administrationnbsp;and a doctorate in sociology. Prior to entering academia in 2008, she worked withnbsp;delinquent juveniles and those victimized by abuse and neglect. Dr. Allen has publishednbsp;in the areas of restorative justice, juvenile delinquency and justice, youth programming,nbsp;and policing administration and ethics. She teaches courses in juvenilenbsp;justice, criminology, research methods, administration of criminal justice, family violence,nbsp;corrections, and introduction to criminal justice at the graduate and undergraduatenbsp;levels. She is also a coauthor of Juvenile Justice: A Guide to Theory, Policy, andnbsp;Practice (Sage, 2014, 8th ed.), with Steven Cox, Robert Hanser, and John Conrad.

Rajeev Sawhney is a professor at Western Illinois University (WIU) in the Departmentnbsp;of Management and Marketing. He holds a master's in economics, an MBA, and anbsp;doctorate in operations and supply chain management. Since 1999, Dr. Sawhney hasnbsp;been teaching at WIU in the areas of service operations management, quality management,nbsp;strategic management, and supply chain management. During this period,nbsp;he has been inducted multiple times into Who's Who in the World, Who's Who Amongnbsp;America's Teachers, Who's Who in Science and Engineering, and Who's Who in Highernbsp;Business Education . Dr. Sawhney has published several articles, a few of which havenbsp;appeared in the Journal of Operations Management, the leading journal in the operationsnbsp;management discipline. He has also collaborated with Dr. Michiel R. Leendersnbsp;in designing the Business Condition Index for the Purchasing Managers Associationnbsp;of Canada, which is now published monthly by leading Canadian newspapers.nbsp;Dr. Sawhney serves as a consultant/researcher to Fortune 500 companies and nonprofitnbsp;organizations. During this tenure, he has traveled extensively within and outsidenbsp;the United States, to Mexico, Canada, Asia, and Europe, to conduct workshops.nbsp;Before moving to academics, Dr. Sawhney was a director with the Industry Ministrynbsp;in India.
