Jennifer M. Allen is a professor and department head of criminal justice atnbsp;the University of North Georgia. She holds a Master of Science degree in administrationnbsp;and a doctorate in sociology. Prior to entering academia in 2008, she worked withnbsp;delinquent juveniles and those victimized by abuse and neglect. Dr. Allen has publishednbsp;in the areas of restorative justice, juvenile delinquency and justice, youth programming,nbsp;and policing administration and ethics. Rajeev Sawhney is a professor at Western Illinois University (WIU) in the Departmentnbsp;of Management and Marketing. He holds a master's in economics, an MBA, and anbsp;doctorate in operations and supply chain management. Since 1999, Dr. Sawhney hasnbsp;been teaching at WIU in the areas of service operations management, quality management,nbsp;strategic management, and supply chain management.
